Sorted out the “about” page, so it actually has a bit of info about me in it.

I’ve never been good at writing about myself, so hopefully it sounds OK!

Gallery – Work-in-progress

So, had some success getting a gallery running on the blog- you should all be able to see the link in the navigation bar right about now.

For the time being, I’ve got this password protected, while I finalise my “selection”, if you like. I’m also still tinkering on with the layout and implementation- I’m not sure about the way it opens full-resolution images. I’m not a fan of the “copyright notice” slapped across an image- I’d prefer to find a workaround, so while that’s going on it’s sort of “in testing”.

Next up: the “about” page- brings back all sorts of terrible job application memories!

Hi all,

There might be some jumping about as I make this blog my own. Bear with me as I tweak the nuts & bolts of the site to get it working the way I want.

Things I’d like to add:

Gallery/Photolog section.
Make the “about me” page relevant!
Get some linking going on with other sites/blogs I find inspiring.

Keep an eye on things!
